318 carb question

Have a 318 in my WC-53. Lately it has developed loss of power at speed. Suspect carboration problem - possibly need hi speed jet calibration, due to slight application of choke resolves issue during application.
I am not very experienced with 318 and the related carbs.

Question - Is there a website location with good instruction on care and tuning of these carborators? Thanks. Mark
