Is the bead foot different on the tubeless versions of 9.00-16 tires?

For example, the STA Superlug is available as a tube type and a tubeless. And while I have tube type Power Kings, I remember someone else posting a pic showing they had tubeless Power Kings(same tread as mine, the directional one). The STA website shows all specs to be the same between the two, except the tube/tubeless designation.

I would assume, perhaps incorrectly, that a tubeless 9.00-16 would be intended for use on a drop-center wheel.
