Only moving such a short distance, 'maybe' no damage. Drain the fuel tank, purge the fuel tank lines, change the fuel filter, purge the injector pump and lines. Then fill tank, fill new fuel filter before installing. If your lift pump has a manual pump lever you can hand pump fuel from tank to fuel filter. Then you will have to bleed the injector pump/injector lines per the service manual. Good Luck, keep us posted
