It depends a lot on the moisture. Being well-seasoned is good. Fir is heavy, especially old-growth. The estimates others gave are probably close. Any way you can get somebody to weigh one board on a bathroom scale? By my estimation there should be about 270 boards in that unit if they're planed to modern dimensions, 192 if they're full-size rough. If the wood is dry, the truck is overloaded, and the haul is a long distance or it'll be sitting out for a long time, it's worth putting a tarp over the load. A unit of dry lumber can pick up a lot of weight quickly in the rain.
