Paul, I got them from a co. called Lambert Enterprises, nice people, real easy to deal with. They have web site, try the link below.

They are bright, but not glaringly so. (is that a word?)

This particular LED card has red LED's, I think the tail light would be brighter with clear LED's instead of red, with a red lens. The glass lens are pretty thick.

This card is one of their standard cards, I think they will make anything you want.
