I have a 1940 Dodge VD-15 truck with the larger DeSoto (25-inch long head) flathead 6 mated to a Clark 5-speed transmission. The engine is locked up, so I haven't been able to check if it's an overdrive 5-speed - there's no legible tags to read info from. Hope this helps you find what you need.
