Dodge Restoration and Color Guides

A) Dodge Pickups History and Restoration Guide 1918-1971 by Don Bunn and Tom Brownell

VPW says this is out of print and not available. Only used ones on Amazon and Ebay for $75 to $150. I think I can find the Dodge color history on Ebay though.

Anyone have any sources for this book at a reasonable cost?

I am most of the way through my restoration already, but thought it would be interesting reading about my '48 B-1. What do other people think about the book?
