Need advice regarding fuel tank coating

I have a tractor fuel tank (diesel) that has a minor seep, which I would like to eliminate. I am thinking about putting an internal coating in the tank. What is the best product to use (or should I bite the bullet and buy a new tank??). Thanx in advance.
