Headlight question on 1048 B-1

I was reading the posts below about the WC headlights and it made me wonder whether my '48 B-1 had high/low headlight beams or not.
Our headlights haven't worked for over 30 years although that is being corrected soon. For some reason I can't get my brother to sit on the front fender holding a flashlight anymore. He is getting old and says it gets too cold when snowplowing.
