I have the "factory" dimensions somewhere at home, but I ended up having to cut them down to fit anyway... so I don't know how good my source was.
They aren't hard to make up free hand. A finished 2x4 width (1-1/2" I think) fits into the U shaped running board supports. Trim it a little longer than the support and then cut down the height until your running board sets level with an inch or so gap between the board and the body.
Takes a few fit/trim, fit/trim, cycles to get it right, but 2x4's are still relatively cheap... I mean inexpensive. :-)
