Electric Wiper Arm Part #

I am really hoping that one of you guys that has "fought this battle before" can help me out.
I need the Chrysler/Dodge Part Number for the wiper arm and wiper that fit onto the Bosch electric wiper motor, be it a 6 volt or 12 motor. Now I know, that John is the acknowledged expert in this field, and I'm hoping that he is willing to provide some direction, but should he be "indisposed" would someone else please help me out?
I would be forever in your debt.
