I followed Mr. PG's method, and cracked every other injector line. It started to cough on a couple, so I closed the lines that showed fuel, and opened a couple more. It started the next go. The fuel gauge has now become somewhat suspect, and I will be watching the trip meter more closely from now on. The "check engine" light is staying on now, so I expect that this little adventure has left an error code somewhere on the system.
As a side note, I was forced to drive the company's Ferd Powerjoke while mine was not running. I served as a very good reminder of why I don't own one of those anymore. Yes, I am VERY GLAD to be driving my Dodge again.
And.. I am still looking for a set of points for a "North East Electric Co." destributor to try and get my 29 Dodge truck fired up.
