This morning Southbound 101 just north of Shiloh exit. A yellow trailer with an apparent broken axle. Had two combat wheels. My guess is that it has a yellow tag; waiting for a red tag before the end of the weekend. Axle Steve or Stephen, you guys may want to take a drive north this evening.
