Thanks fot the advice either way, even if you still think I'm stupid. While I'm here, anyone want two PW wheels for free? Pay the shipping and their yours. Personally I think their junk, which is why I'm not using them. If you want a pair for just rolling around a frame, they are perfect. If no one wants them, they are headed for scrap. Oh, they are 1951.
