You don't! I 've seen so many areas closed to access in my lifetime that is sickens me. I hate to give the wackos cause to close another area. Here we have an adopt a trail program, where Clubs and individuals can adopt a trail to clean up litter and maintain the trail. In exchange the Forest Service won't close the trail...In other words, we perform the cleanup work that THEY are supposed to be doing with our tax dollars and THEY promise to keep public lands open.....yeah it's backwards but with an entire generation brainwashed about the evil off roaders, it's about the only option left to us in SoCal.
