If you can't get one in your state then maybe you should move to the good ol AZ! That way you could sit around and swap lies ,woops I meant stories, like the rest of us.
Don't remember that song but having a firearm on your person makes a big difference as to how you are treated by the general public. Even in AZ land of 3 million cowboys and 300 head of cattle.
