While driving up to Cummins this morning, I ran some numbers from memory. Some prices are 2002/2004 (Carryall), others aqre within the last year (Bandit). The prices listed are what I actually paid for the items. If youo have 'connections', you may do better. I would rather see you budget high and have some money left rather than to budget to low and run short of funds and have to delay the project. In running the numbers, I find that my inityial estimate was a little low.
Cummins 4BTA $2300
NV4500HD $1200
NP-205 with 300 core charge $900
New Clutch assembly complete $525
Disk Brakes on the truck rolling $1500
Hydroboost Booster $500
Power Steering complete with AGR modified Box $500
Suspended pedals $270
Engine/Transmission isolators $30
Clutch Master/slave $150
4.89 ring and pinions $360 x 2 = $720
Install 4.89's ???
Flywheel $150
Flywheel Housing Adapter $125
Bell Housing $125
Total $8995 And there is a lot more parts needed before it ever pulls out the door.
