Whoooeeee!
After most of last winter, all this spring and summer, the newly repowered Power Wagon ran tonite! Still a bunch to do but I got impatient tonite and decided to fire her up. Cranked for about 10 seconds and roared to life. As I was sitting in the cab, easing in the choke I was treated to a really pretty fountain from the engine compartment. I shut her right down and climbed out to see what was happening. As I was mopping up motor oil, I realised I have yet to connect the oil pressure line! O capped it off, cleaned up the oil and started her up again. Still need to fine tune it but it didnt sound half bad. Maybe get my first 318 powered drive this weekend.
I'm pumped!
