The trailer is 24', with car, fuel, winch, tools, spare parts, etc., I'm guessing weight is somewhere around 7000 lbs, have never weighed it loaded. I usually pull it with my motorhome, but do plan on someday, pulling it with my WC when I get it repowered with something else besides the 6 cylinder engine. Yes, it is a 1/2 ton. I think out here in the Seattle traffic I would get some people upset if I pulled it and was holding up traffic, of coarse, maybe when they are passing me and waving that "single finger" at me, they are just telling me that the truck is #1. I am thinking of putting in a Dodge V-6 out of like a Dakota or something, but might go with a 318 for a little more power, depends on what good deal comes along first.
