help with frozen motor

I have a power wagon bodied m-37 framed truck that I put a 315 motor in about 7 years ago. It has sat for 4 years while I was at college I tried to start it today and the motor won't budge. Took plugs out and poured in lube and tried to turn it with a sockett with no luck. Any Suggestions?
