Is this a Ebay Scam for a Power Wagon?

I saw this auction on Ebay and thought that the truck looks really familiar.

Then I remembered seeing the very same truck on this web site. They ebay auction even used the very same picture.
Only problem this web site shows the truck being loaded in a shipping container to be shipped to Hawaii.

Hawaii to Delaware their close. I guess someone could have bought the truck, brought it back to the states and put it on a ebay?
