I like to refer to this sort of thing as "Creative Parking" .

I wonder what the East German judges gave them.

I've always thought it would be fun to hang out at a busy intersection with score cards. Imagine running into the back of somebody's car and then having four or five guys holding up cards. 3.5,4.0,3.9 etc.
But I'm sick that way.
