The NV4500 info on 4lo is incomplete. Early NV4500s used in GMs had a 6.34 first gear. See: http://www.nv4500.com/newsdesk_info.php/newsPath/12/newsdesk_id/30
Another option is to get a Dana 300 and use TeraFlex 4:1 gears. See: http://www.teraflx.com. Most doublers (203/205) will end up with about 4:1.
4.10 gears tend to be too long with 39" tires.
