Hi Robert,
use a bunch of short extensions. This will give you a bit of flex. Thats one of the most inaccessable bolts on a Power Wagon. I ended up welding a socket onto that one and leaving it there for future ease of removal. Then when I did the 318 conversion the socket paid off!
