I was repairing sheet metal on the cab today and I cut out some of the rotten floor. When I tried to use my air powered flanger on it to weld in a patch panel, it would not fit. I looked closely and realized the floor was 14 gauge steel! I had heard the PW's had some 14 guage in them but had not encountered this before. Other places appear to be 16 gauge.
This 14 gauge stuff is solid and not all that easy to work!
