Nice truck you have! I don't know of any visor that will work without modification, as all I know of clamo around the center windshield post. But modification shouldn't be too hard (see below).
My visor is made by Dieterich Products Corporation, Oak Park, ILL, and was Patent Pending at the time of manufacture. Someone with ambition can do a patent search for that company and estimate the year my visor was made. It came off a mid 1950s International COE ("Cherry Picker") truck. It clamps around the windshield center trim piece, so I can only open my windshield a little bit and doing so loosens the clamp screws, not good. So, I don't open my front windshield.
But if I wanted to, I would replace the windshield clamp with a fixed rod going from the front center edge of the visor (at the V) to the cab just ahead of the cowl ventilator. I'd make some small brackets that attach to: (1) the front underside of the visor, using the two width adjusting bolts found there, and (2) underneath the rear hood hinge and extending and tapering backwards towards the windshield and rising a bit to clear the cowl. I'd cut a stainless steel rod and thread each end to go into holes drilled in each bracket, held there by nuts and a lockwasher on each side of each bracket. The rod would keep the visor center from being blown upwards while traveling, allowing you to open your windshield quite a ways. Hope this gives you some ideas.
