Yes, IHC did extensively use Dana/Spicer parts in the light line but a B120(that's what a 1960 3/4 ton would be) would have an IHC built rear-end(RA15). A rather large and robust rear for a 3/4 ton but not used by any other manufacturer so it's an IHC only part.
I'm in a similar boat with my B140(5/4 ton 4x4) with the front axle drums, basically made of "unobtainium", as are wheel cylinders. Thankfully mine are servicable.
