More Winch (not wench) Questions

I'm convinced I need to go with an original PTO winch and not an electric. Where there various pto winch models for the WC-53? What can I expect to pay for a working example and a correct bumper?

I assume the correct shear pin or block is the best way to assure your cable necer reaches it's tinsel strength?
