Tie rod ends

Anyone for sure if M-37 and Civilian tie rods interchange. I get yes and no from supplier and from archives. Looks like a fine thread on the tie rod itself. I need a definitive before I buy them.

A.B. Linn says maybe. John from Midwest is on Vacation and VPW says no from searching the archives. HELP!
