Yes, there is a right and left thread on wheel studs and nuts on your correct studs and nuts.

We have a C-1-D dually at the Museum. The B-1 manual does not have the wheel information, but the C-1 manual lists the C-1-D wheel as a Disc (semi-drop center rim) with six (6) studs on a 7 1/4" bolt circle.

Hope this information from the MANUALS is helpful.
