You will need to tear this engine *completely* down and see what the condition is before making any decision. Thwere may be many good (and valuable) parts in there despite the mice. Or not.
The biggest chance of damage is to the cylinders/pistons/rings. If confined to these, this might be a (relatively) cheap rebuild, as these blocks can be bored a lot before needing sleeving, and pistons/rings are still readily available.
Get the engine up on a stand, pull the head and blow out all the passages w air (wear a good respirator, please). Then soak it w a can of PB Blaster (or de-ruster of your choice) and let her sit a week.
