The shop is 26x40 with a 10 foot wide car port on each end. One of the car ports is closed in. The ceilings inside are 10 feet.

Build your new shop as large as you can afford and stay within the 1300 square feet. My center doors are drive thru. the other bays have their own doors.

Consider super insulation. I heat my entire shop to T Shirt work conditions at 35 below with a wood pellet stove. And in the summer, its nice and cool inside, almost like AC. Just dont open the overhear doors and let the heat in.
