They say it has a 4spd tranny, but the door tag says A745, which is a 3spd instead of NP435 which is a 4spd.
The hood has Dodge badges on it instead of Power Wagon tags.
There are a couple other details that make this look like it is a factory 4wd, I just wonder why these small details are wrong.
Looks like a decent truck.
