Thanks, Jonas. That was very helpful. I was leaning towards the XZLs (kicked myself when I missed out on new tires at Bills a few years back).

My goal is 60 - 65 mph cruise in the flat plains here in New Mexico. 11% should get me there. I should have a 50% power increase with the new engine as well as more rpms available.

My current US Royals are so old I'd like to keep them for show.
