How to Get a title for a trailer in NJ??

Anyone with experience with getting a title for a trailer.

There is a deck over trailer that I can aquire but there is no title, and I can't quite find a data plaque or vin #.

It maybe too heavy for trying to pass it off as homemade. 2500lbs is the limit.

I assume this double axle, deckover is heavier than that. The triple axle that I saw was 4500lbs.

I will get more diamensions today.
