PW and 3/4 ton WC Radiator tie rod the same?

Does anyone know if the 3/4 ton WC Radiator Tie Rod (the rod that goes from the firewall to the nose) is the same as the WDX-WM300 Radiator Tie rod?

Or does anyone know the part number for the tie rod in a 3/4 ton WC?
