ffpw lockers, any comments, suggestions, and sources??

Just started looking into it, the PIF mentions a 1210 lockright, and I have heard of the detroits, (which are no longer made??)as well as the ARBs. What do you have how much did it cost how hard was it to install??? etc, etc, etc???

any comments welcome.

P.S.
the guy at the local truck shop said he could get the lockright for around $350, is this a good price, what else do I need to rebuild/replace while I'm in there.
