I just called the local NAPA dealer and asked for the oldest guy there. The man on the phone said "We're all old...what kind of old car do you need a part for?" (I guess he'd heard that ploy before.)

Fuel pump for a 230 cu in flathead is $47.50. Available within three days.

That was easy.
