Hi Keith,
I have been to a half a dozen Rallys and NONE of them were lacking and none of them needed to invite a bunch of waitresses to entertain us. Provide a time and a place for people to bring their trucks and a place for a trail ride. A few simple meals (OK, Terry and Lindas scallops wrapped in bacon were out of this world!) and maybe a raffle and you have all the ingredients for a great time. Its all about the trucks and the people associated with them. Thats what makes a graet rally.
