Dont know if 2002 Ram seats will fit, I used Ford Explorer seats in my Carryall. PW/Carryall, is all the same in the cab/seat area. Here is something to consider. To get the right heigth of the seat, and have room for the Power Seat to operate, you will need to mount the buckets flat on the floor. This means that the present welded seat frame will need to be cut out. Otherwise setting a bucket seat on the existing frame, you will sit way to high, and have to duck to see out the windshield.
