I would bet $1 that those are 11.00x18 Gama Goat tires. That is a big truck and those tires look WAY too wide to be 9.00x18s, even on that truck. Jack Tomlin in Toole, Utah had several thousand, a few years ago. Rims for your IH might be harder to find.
