paul - big thanks for the steering knuckle tutorial. i completed the drivers side this weekend. took the whole thing down & replaced everything including the inner seals and bushings, the seals, bearings, races felts, spring etc. threw in new tie rods and rebuilt the drag link too. greased it all up. helitool disc installed. & selectro hub added. i did the double bearing conversion & set the bearing load by feel. when i compare the zero timed side to the pass side (which i havent touched yet) i can see that the last rebuilder omitted the cork (i think) and used a sealer of some sort. a great trick that john bizal told me about dunking the cork gasket in almost boiling water for a few seconds swelled the gasket and made it pliable for the install.
if you havent done the knuckles on your truck yet, you can do it with a manual & paul's instructions.
