OT: Real life experience Corn stove

I am considering a corn stove for next winter. I am in the middle of Iowa so corn is not a problem. Anyone actually own one and use one for awhile? I can read testimonials on websites but I want real life experience to dicate my next move form folks that are trustworthy and that understand mechanics a bit more than the average homeowner.
