NV4500 Rework

I have a brand-new NV 4500 for a 5.9L(360)dodge gas engine that I want to either rework for a 4bt Cummins application or sell outrite. Can anyone suggest a good shop or supplier that I can deal with that will either trade or convert my trans? Thanks.
