I worked in two different machine shops. It was a standard proceedure at the first shop to always use Anti-Sieze on "ALL" parts that were being pressed together, regardless of what they were or what their function was. At the second shop, it was a standard proceedure to never use Anti-Sieze on "ANY" parts that were being pressed together, no matter what they were or what their function was.
I definately liked the train of thought at the first shop better. I had to dissasembly a lot of parts at the second shop that had been pressed half way together and had then gauled and gotten hopelessly deformed or cocked to the side.
