Looking for a PTO

Looking for a PTO and its extension, for an NP-540D. It must fit the drivers side, and the PTO shaft face forward or be able to be swapped to a forward position. PTO also needs to be reversable. They are not interchangable from the passenger side, it must be a drivers side unit. I have found a place that will supply this new but they want my first born AND one of my kidneys! First born OR a kidney would be fine but not both. (if you have the PTO but dont want one of my kids or innards cash will be fine)
