I finally got a decent price to re-core my radiator. I found a reputable shop to do it for $400. I got quotes ranging from $400 to $1000. Paul was right should cost around $350-$400. They are turning the tanks around to reverse the offset so it'll be like a 251 radiator which is needed with the v-8 swap. So if you're getting the old song and dance about being too old and a lot of work to fix, shop around, you may be pleasantly surprised to find there still are some good shops around still.
