PW sptted in Virginia

I was driving south on Rt 29 and about 10 miles south of Culpeper before Madison on the right side is a very tired flat fender PW with the price of $600 sprayed on the windshield. I stopped and looked at it - VERY rusty and NOT worth that money- IMO. FYI
