Your statement seemed to indicate that politics had no place on this forum. People disagreed with you. That happens when you have an opinion. No one insinuated that you weren't "paying attention". Get used to it (people disagreeing with you) or be quiet (to prevent people from disagreeing with you). No need to get offended. Our society is based on the assumption that we all are different, but equal.
If you don't like to read about political stuff, don't read the posts. The forum is not here just for you. It's here for us all. It could be interpeted quite easily that you're trying to stifle/censor other people's opinions. If you want to go that road, complain to Joe. It his forum after all.
Either that, or go outside and enjoy the beautiful day that God gave us. That's what I'm gong to do.
