No trouble. Are you meaning the April issue? I had been contacted by about six people whose issues were late. All but one have gotten them by now. Our best estimate, since these incidents were scattered, is that the mail was delayed in Des Moines, Iowa. The mailing went out right on time.
The term, postal service, is at times an oxymoron.
